An event that started with a great presentation of Adequacy from our CEO Christian des Lauriers.

And which continued with a first Masterclass on the theme: “DPO and CISO: how to properly manage a data breach? ”
Alongside France Charruyer, partner of Adequacy, founding lawyer ofALTIJ Avocats and president of Data Ring,
Alessandro FIORENTINO, our Product Owner outlined the answers to 10 key questions.
Cyberattacks, ransomware, document theft...: how to anticipate a data breach, document and react to legal, operational and technical issues? France and Alessandro have drawn up an overview of all its legal, operational and technical issues. From learning about the incident, through the criminal complaint and the CNIL notification, they detailed the best practices to adopt and looked at accountability in practice: who is responsible, who pays, who guarantees?

A second masterclass devoted to the subject: “NIS2, DORA and IA Act: The keys to effective collaboration between DSI, RSSI and DPO.” ended the day, bringing together Alessandro FIORENTINO, our partner Jerome Deroulez, founding partner lawyer at Aumans Avocats, and Olivier Menant, In House Legal Counsel, Cyber & Data by TotalEnergies.
Security and the GDPR are now inseparable. The DPO must now rely on experts to fulfill its missions. He can no longer be alone, even in an SME. It must orchestrate and draw the path of compliance with all the resources at your disposal.
