Privacy policy
The privacy policy of the adequacy.app site applies to all request forms. This processing of personal data is managed by Infhotep.
Purposes
The purpose of the treatment is the management of requests relating to the adequacy.app site. It allows Infhotep to:
- Receiving “DEMO REQUEST” requests made via the adequacy.app site;
- Receiving subscriptions to the newsletter made via the adequacy.app site;
- Receiving registrations for events organized by Adequacy;
- Receiving contact requests or questions as part of the Adequacy solution;
- Management of the follow-up given to requests and questions received;
- Conducting polls and surveys.
Legal basis
Article 6 paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation — RGPD
This data processing is the responsibility of the management of commercial and recruitment activities by Infhotep.
Categories of data processed
- Identity;
- Contact information (email address);
- Organization;
- phone number;
- Date and subject of the request;
- Follow-up brought.
Data source
The data is transmitted by the user of the adequacy.app site who wishes to send a request or a question.
Mandatory nature of data collection
The contact forms on the adequacy.app site provide for the mandatory collection of data for the proper consideration of the request.
Automated decision making
The processing does not involve automated decision-making.
Data processing concerns people who wish to send a request or question through the adequacy.app site.
Recipient categories
The recipients of the data are:
- the marketing department of the Infhotep firm;
- where applicable, the other services of the Infhotep firm required to process a request or answer a question.
- Where applicable, specialized service providers for marketing operations
Data transfers outside the EU
We mainly prefer service providers who host their data within the European Union. However, for some of our marketing operations we may have to transmit your personal data to service providers operating outside the European Union.
Where applicable, if these providers operate in a country that is not considered to offer an adequate level of protection by the European Commission, we implement the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the said Commission, and we also include a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) as part of our contractual relationships with these service providers.
The data linked to the various forms on the adequacy.app site is kept for 2 years from the processing of the request.
Reinforced security measures are implemented in order to allow the collection and processing of personal data under conditions guaranteeing their confidentiality, integrity and, more generally, their security in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended (“Data Protection Act”), you have the right to access, rectify and oppose for legitimate reasons relating to the data concerning you, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.
You also have the right to request a limitation of processing, a right to be forgotten and to digital erasure, a right to the portability of your data, the right to file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).
