The new version of Adequacy is here, welcome to Adequacy 4.4

A new version of Adequacy every 3 months and compliance with our roadmap.

As we are committed to it with our customers, and although we already offer the most complete solution on the market. Here is the new version of Adequacy.

To be able to succeed in this commitment, we are fortunate to find ourselves at the crossroads of 4 elements:

• The DPO profession is young; its practices and scope are still evolving and its coordination with actors such as the legal department and the CISO has yet to be specified.
• We are lucky to have demanding customers (which may explain the fact that they chose Adequacy) whose feedback is all elements that allow us to constantly improve our solution.
• Our consultants are highly motivated to help their interlocutors with their non-compliance situation and imagine new ways to optimize the time they have with them.
• We cajole our developer team and often thank them for the feats they do every day (by the way, we are recruiting to strengthen the team!).

A new version of Adequacy with new features for all users:

Improvement of the Assessment module

The Assessment module has been present in Adequacy since version 0.4. With Adequacy 4.4, we are giving our customers the opportunity todirectly import their own repositories and to administer them in such a way that they can set up a tailor-made evaluation.

Creating a Solicitation module

There are two categories of people in this world, those who have already seen a DPO mailbox and the others...

With this new version of Adequacy, DPOs have the possibility to centralize in Adequacy all requests (internal and external) that reach them. The objective is to ensure that each request has been answered successfully. If desired, the DPO can even record the responses for future use and measure its performance in terms of response times. This new data will be included in the DPO Activity Report.

Addition of processing libraries

Our consultants have participated in the production of more than 20,000 treatment sheets since we have supported our customers in taking into account the documentary obligations expected by the RGPD. We decided to offer you a catalog of business and sectoral processing sheets so that you can save time in formalizing your register.

Creating a Governance module

The DPO is a conductor, and the coordination of all its musicians is often complex. To facilitate the cohesion of its teams and its relays within the organization, we offer a governance module. This module allows the DPO to define and map everyone's responsibilities in complying with the RGPD.

Associations of reference measures with organization policies and applications

You are operational, for your greatest pleasure, we have entrusted you with the formalization of a treatment sheet. Imagine thatin 1 click you can embed all the pre-configured data protection measures in your treatment documentation. Today, it exists and it's on Adequacy.
